Aikido Training
"Besides developing mind and body, we must improve ourselves in our daily lives by polishing our heart ('kokoro o migaku') through Aikido."
-
Stretching, tumbling and pressure techniques make muscles firm and flexible.
-
Attacking and defending in harmonious movements sharpen the senses and develops keen powers of concentration and mind-body coordination.
-
Instruction in Aikido philosophy, deep breathing exercises and weapons training (in advanced classes) purify and strengthen a person's character.

Aikido training will help a child today and in the years to come.
Aikido for Adults
We require a constant supply of energy to fulfill our daily responsibilities. By learning how to relax completely, yet maintain an alert mind and immovable spirit, Aikido can help us to be more receptive to the unlimited supply of energy Nature offers us. When Ki (Universal Energy) flows freely through us, we can accomplish much for ourselves and those around us.
Aikido Promotion
Beginning students are given special attention to encourage rapid progress. Promotion depends on class attendance and performance, character development and an examination (there is no competition in Aikido). Frequent sincere practice will bring the best results.
